Holly Kammier is the Publishing Director and co-founder of Acorn Publishing and serves as Publishing Director of the San Diego Writers Festival. She is on the faculty at the Santa Barbara Writers Conference and speaks at writing conferences nationwide.
An accomplished developmental editor and publishing strategist, Holly has worked closely with authors across a wide range of genres whose books have gone on to become USA Today and New York Times bestsellers. Before entering publishing, she worked as a journalist with KCAL Los Angeles and CNN in Washington, DC.
Holly is the bestselling author of Kingston Court, Choosing Hope, and Lost Girl: A Shelby Day Novel. Her essay All-American Girl was selected by the International Memoir Writers Association for performance at the David & Dorothea Garfield Theatre.
Having grown up in San Diego, Holly now lives there with her husband-ish, Julian, their dog Darby, and their rotating door of young-adult children.
